The Houston-based multi-firm organization Unite Oil & Gas International (UOGI), under a memorandum of understanding, has partnered with the Congolese company, ARIES Energies to launch Bomoko Oil & Gas, created to sustainably develop hydrocarbon assets in the Republic of Congo.
Bomoko, which means “unity” or “united” in Lingala, a language of Congo, represents the coming together of an American company and a Congolese firm to drive hydrocarbon asset development and to spur socioeconomic opportunities in this West African nation.
This unprecedented partnership leverages ARIES Energies’ unique understanding of the Congolese’s energy landscape with UOGI’s specialized technology, asset management expertise and global network. UOGI is currently working in Congo, contracted with Société Nationale des Pétroles du Congo to support their operatorship goals in developing Congolese resources.
